What does hiring a professional pet waste service cost?
The average dog owner can expect to pay around $20 a week for our pet services, which is billed monthly with a credit card on file. Click on our sign-up link for a free quote!
What are your safety practices?
Our service techs only access your yard through the gate and will never enter your home. We ensure your gate is securely closed after every visit and upload a photo to your Sweep and Go account as proof for your peace of mind. Our shoes and equipment are also sprayed with a kennel grade disinfectant after every visit to prevent the spread of germs or diseases between clients.
Can our dogs be outside while the yard is being cleaned?
Yes! As long as they are friendly to our services techs, we love having dogs out with us. For the safety and comfort of all pets and our staff, we kindly ask that dogs who may not get along well with others be kept inside during our visit.
Will I be notified when you are coming out to service the yard?
Yes! We send an enroute notification before arriving at your property. The default notification method is set up to be through the Sweep and Go Client Portal, however, you can update this to choose to be notified via text instead.
Do you offer yard sanitation or deodorizing services?
Yes! We offer a pet and yard friendly, sanitizing and deodorizing, natural enzyme spray. You can choose from weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time services. For artificial grass, we recommend weekly or bi-weekly, especially with multiple dogs. For natural grass, once a month is recommended. Spray is applied with your garden hose and water through a concentrate applicator to thoroughly soak your yard.
Are there any contracts?
No contracts, cancel anytime!
Does this service clean the entire yard?
Yes! We will clean up after your dog wherever they go including side, front, back yards, as well as flower beds and bushes.
Does it cost more for large properties?
A large property may cost more than what we consider to be standard, which is a backyard that is 1/4 acre or less in size. That’s a generous clean-up area! During your initial visit, we will speak with you directly about any additional costs for a larger property. Even if a property is larger, your dog may only use one part of it, their favorite spots, and we take that into consideration!
Do you provide services year round?
Yes! We provide service year-round and rarely pause, even in extreme weather conditions such as rain, sun, wind, or snow. However, we do close for major holidays such as Christmas and 4th of July. In those cases, we’ll either make up for the missed visit or handle double the work during your next scheduled service.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
We will do our best to accommodate a cleaning schedule that works for everyone, but please note that clean up days are not guaranteed. While cleanup days will remain consistent, they may be subject to change based on route adjustments to ensure we can serve all of our clients as efficiently as possible.
What do you do with the waste?
Our standard operation procedure is to tie the waste bag in a knot to lock in the smell and contents, then leave it neatly in your trash container. For a small additional fee, we will take the waste with us and dispose of it off-site.
Are there specific times you do cleanups?
Times are subject to change due to route optimization. We will do our best to be consistent and will also send a notification when we are enroute to your location.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! You can receive a $25 credit to your account for referring a friend who signs up for a subscription service. Your friend also receives a $25 credit to their account for signing up!!
Credits are applied at a maximum of $25/mo, but there is no limit to how many friends you can refer and credits you can receive!
What is the Sweep & Go client portal?
Sweep & Go is our client relationship management software. It allows us to be extremely efficient and secure with our business., while our clients are able to have the best experience possible. In the portal, clients can see their billing schedule, receive notifications and make changes if needed. It’s that easy!
Do you offer senior or military discounts?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for all services, for seniors 60+, first responders, and Veterans/Active Service members. Use code 10XSMD and please provide proof of eligibility at the initial visit.
What if I'm outside your service area?
If you’re outside our service area, feel free to reach out to us. We may be able to assist you, add you to our wait list, or connect you with a trusted partner in your area.
What happens if my yard is inaccessible?
If we arrive at your home and find the gate locked or your dog, marked as unsafe, has not been securely contained, we will attempt to contact you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will make note of it in your Sweep and Go account, then gladly catch up by completing double the work during your next scheduled visit, provided the area is accessible.
Do you play with our pet or give them treats?
We love dogs and if yours is with us while we service the yard, we will throw its toy or give it a good pet! How could we not!? With your permission, our techs also carry a small treat pouch and will reward your dog with a small snack for allowing us into their space! Notes will be made in the client portal if a pet is not allowed to have treats.
